About IdleCatGunner
IdleCatGunner is an idle adventure starring a cat. Your cat moves, finds targets and attacks automatically, while you spend earned coins on upgrades, manage weapons and develop companions as you advance through stages. The game suits players who enjoy automatic battles, collecting equipment and making gradual progress. You do not need to keep holding movement keys to control the character.
When you open this homepage, IdleCatGunner loads directly in the game window above. There is no website account to create or desktop client to install first. Use a mouse or touchscreen to interact with the game, or switch to the dedicated play page. The information below explains the main controls in the current build; available menus and features depend on your actual progress in the game.
How to play IdleCatGunner
Let your cat fight automatically
Once the game starts, follow its on-screen prompts to enter the adventure. Your cat advances and attacks enemies on its own. Watch the battles and your coin balance before choosing an upgrade. Loading the webpage does not select any in-game menu options or press the game's own start button for you.
Spend coins on upgrades
Use the upgrade buttons at the bottom of the game to inspect attack power, attack speed and coin gain. Upgrades cost in-game coins, and availability depends on your current balance and the button state. If progress slows down, review your attributes and equipment rather than repeatedly clicking the battle area.
Equip and merge weapons
Open the weapon menu and drag a gun with your mouse or touchscreen to equip it. Weapons of the same level can be merged, so check their levels and the target slot before rearranging your inventory. Find your favorite weapon
Open the weapons menu and drag guns to equip them. Merge weapons of the same level and collect more options over time.
Every adventure needs a friend
Collect companions in the pet system and bring them along on your adventure. Related features unlock as you progress.
One more stage
Start in the forest, collecting gear and upgrades. Some challenge modes require you to meet unlock conditions first.
Where is your IdleCatGunner progress saved?
Your current game progress and in-game settings are stored in this device's browser. Return using the same browser and website address. A different device, a private browsing window or another website address will not automatically share the same save. Clearing this website's browser data may also remove progress that was previously saved.
Website favorites and recent history help you find the game again; they do not back up coins, equipment or stages, and account-based cloud saves are not available. The homepage and dedicated play page use the same game resource entry point. Refreshing or reloading restarts the game connection rather than creating a save backup. How do mouse and touch controls work?
Your cat moves and fights automatically. Click the bottom buttons to upgrade, and drag weapons to equip or merge. Fullscreen gives you a larger play area.
Why does the first launch take time?
The game downloads graphics, audio and runtime files. Stay connected until loading finishes. If it fails, use “Reload game” on the play page to retry.
Can I continue on another device?
Progress stays in your local browser; account-based cloud saves are not available yet. Use the same device, browser and website address. See our Save information.
